Massage and Body Work

Dreamcatcher’s newest small business incubation project is something special!

Meet Brendan Sleanbeck, Dreamcatcher’s resident Master Body Worker and Licensed Massage Therapist. You can now support his local small business as well as support the amazing programs at Dreamcatcher while receiving a relaxing, invigorating and therapeutic massage.

A Dreamcatcher Board Member from the very beginning, Brendan has worked as an LMT in Oregon since 2013. He was trained in Massage at the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland where he was trained in many diverse massage and body work modalities from around the world, including tuina, deep tissue, and structural body work. In his subsequent years, as part of his continuing education, he learned assisted stretching and joint mobility.

In 2021 Brendan returned to University education to finish his Batchelor of Science in Human Physiology, graduating in 2024.

Philosophy of Body Work

My bodywork style is based on finding problem areas through touch, dialogue and visual assessment to find what is stuck, and treating those areas with a combination of soft tissue work, stretching, and therapeutic exercise to unstick it.

Through addressing restrictions and imbalances I help my clients feel better and do better.
